The Job
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales objectives, and providing coaching and feedback to your team. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Plan and execute sales plans and programs to achieve the sales objectives and revenue targets of Venture SmarterManage and oversee the daily activities and performance of the sales team, and provide guidance, support, and directionRecruit, train, and develop sales representatives, and evaluate their skills and competenciesConduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and reports, and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunityEstablish and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, and understand their needs and expectationsNegotiate contracts and deals with customers, and resolve any issues or complaintsCollaborate with other departments and teams, such as marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities and initiativesStay updated on the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitive intelligence, and adjust sales strategies accordinglyThe Profile
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; master's degree or certification preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a tech or consulting industryProven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue targets, and leading and managing sales teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and stakeholdersStrong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower sales representativesProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ZendeskAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment, and adapt to changing needs and expectationsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and customer orientation, with a results-driven and growth-oriented mindsetThe Employer
