The Job
You will be responsible for :
Answer incoming sales inquiries and provide price quotations through the phone, email, and chat. We provide thorough training and support you in the beginning.Capture customer details and explain the company’s servicesSchedule job and service appointmentsEnter and update customer information into the company databaseFollow-up potential and existing clientsWork with customers' claims (occasionally).We provide a 5-day in-depth training with scripts, instructions, and all the necessary information. In the first couple of days, you will work under supervision, so our manager will be able to help you instantly.WORK HOURS : 5 days a week. 8 hrs per day with breaks. 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Californian time
COMPENSATION : $1000 month flat + bonuses up to $200.
