We’re looking for a Sales Operations Support to serve as the backbone of our sales function. In this role, you’ll handle the day-to-day operations that keep our sales engine running , while also helping refine processes so the team can sell faster and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day tasks within the sales process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Handle sales operations support needs such as business card procurement, flyer printing, and other administrative requirements.
  • Propose and implement new initiatives to enhance sales processes and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Admin, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • High sense of ownership; reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; professional and approachable.
