Job description

As a Project Manager with over 12 years of project management experience, you will play a key role in driving successful outcomes for an Agile project through effective stakeholder engagement, team coordination, risk management, and comprehensive reporting.

Requirements :

12+ years of project management experience, with strong Agile expertise (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Strong skills in stakeholder communication, risk management, and team coordination.
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum) preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Responsibilities :

Project Management : Lead initiatives, proactively address barriers, and accelerate project timelines. Conduct weekly stand-ups with internal stakeholders, lead calls, summarize action items, and track daily actions.

Data Metrics : Deliver accurate metrics & keep stakeholders informed with the updates.

Performance Metrics and Reporting : Develop performance metrics to measure efficiency gains and report progress to leadership weekly.

Project Plan Write-Up : Create a detailed project plan outlining the scope, milestones, and timeline for all stages of the project timelines.

Documentation : Produce and maintain documentation to reflect new processes and systems.

Salary : Php 200, 000

Work Schedule : 03 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 MN (Hybrid / Onsite 2-3 days per week)
