- Preferably with a background in Engineering, Business, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in construction sales or engineering works
- Proven track record in closing construction projects and developing effective sales strategies
- Target-driven, assertive, and goal-oriented
- Strong desire to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Willing to learn new skills and follow established work processes
- Willing to travel for project visits and client meetings
- Open to structured work processes and continuous learning
- A team player with initiative and accountability
- Preferably with a professional driver’s license
Job Description :
Responsible for achieving sales targets through the following activities :
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clientsPromote and present Litecrete products and services to prospective customersNegotiate contracts and quotations to maximize sales and profitabilityHandle client inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfactionOrganize site visits, establish new accounts, and perform market saturation activities, including making at least 50 cold calls per week.Maintain accurate and updated sales records using company CRMAttend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to expand market visibilityPrepare and monitor sales forecasts, and track performance using the sales scoreboard
