Sales Associate

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns / queries.

2. Assisting BM's on pre-screening documents / requirements submitted by the loans consultant.

3. Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new / renewal accounts.

4. Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.

5. Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.

6. Assist / execute programs implemented by the LC Relations Department.

7. Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
