Overview of the Role
We’re looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Strategist who can bring both creativity and strategic thinking to our brand’s digital presence. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing content and campaign strategies with a strong focus on LinkedIn and B2B marketing while also supporting broader initiatives across digital and recruitment marketing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can write exceptionally well, lead projects with confidence, and collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and growth. You’ll be part strategist, part creator, and part project owner with the freedom to take ideas from concept to measurable impact.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute an integrated content strategy focused on LinkedIn, lead generation, and brand visibility within B2B audiences.
- Create and maintain a content and campaign calendar that aligns with marketing, recruitment, and business objectives.
- Use data and insights to refine strategy, test new formats, and continuously optimize performance.
- Support overall digital marketing strategy including email marketing, automation, and paid media campaigns.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Research, write, and produce high-quality B2B content from LinkedIn posts and articles to videos, graphics, and thought-leadership pieces.Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories that highlight our culture, people, and impact.Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and consistent in tone, voice, and visual identity.Manage and oversee creative production using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing platforms.Campaign & Channel Management
Manage the day-to-day execution of our LinkedIn, Meta, and other social media channels — scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting.Plan and run LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation.Use HubSpot (or similar tools) for email campaigns, automation, and lead tracking.Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams on employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.Collaboration & Project Leadership
Lead digital marketing initiatives and campaigns from start to finish — ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.Partner with internal stakeholders and creative collaborators to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.Champion brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media strategy, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.Proven experience creating and managing LinkedIn content and campaigns.Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills — able to turn ideas into compelling narratives.Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager (or similar platforms).Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools.Excellent project management and organizational skills and can juggle multiple initiatives with high accountability.Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to inform strategy and improve results.A proactive collaborator who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and works well across teams.Benefits
