Operations Supervisor - Taytay

The Operations Supervisor reports to the Finance Operations Manager and is responsible for supporting in

reducing operational costs, monitoring the assigned EDD / s compliance with operational policies, and keeping

up-to-date with the progress of administrative works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BS / BA in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing operational processes
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Knowledge of operational principles and policies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good project management, administrative management, and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
