ABOUT THE ROLE :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Director to lead and oversee our nationwide sales operations in the consumer electronics industry. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in sales management who can develop and execute effective national sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team across the country.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategy & Revenue Growth :
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive national sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
Sales Leadership & Team Management :
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Establish and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Address and resolve issues within the sales team and processes to improve overall efficiency and performance.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Oversee the negotiation of major contracts, pricing strategies, and sales agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Industry Focus : Proven track record in consumer electronics sales is required.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire, and manage a nationwide sales team.
Core Competencies : Solid experience in sales strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.
Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written; strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Technical : Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and other sales tools.
Attributes : Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
