- Own creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels to drive profitable growth
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks rooted in customer psychology and performance data
- Build and maintain creative testing roadmaps that identify what to test, why it matters, and how winners scale
- Translate performance insights into actionable creative direction by analyzing CPA, CTR, hook rate, and hold rate metrics
- Establish internal creative systems including briefs, naming conventions, testing frameworks, and documentation to support scalable growth
Requirements
Own creative performance strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, driven by data and experimentation.Use tools like Motion, ETV, and native platform reporting to analyze creative performance, identify fatigue, and uncover gaps.Break down performance at the hook, first 3 seconds, body, and CTA level using metrics like CPA, CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, and hold rate.Build and maintain a structured creative testing roadmap with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and scale logic.Research top-performing DTC beauty brands using ad libraries and creative intelligence tools to identify patterns, angles, and white space.Translate performance and market research into clear creative direction for editors, designers, and media buyers.Partner closely with media buying to align creative insights with account structure, bidding strategy, and scaling decisions.Systemize learnings through naming conventions, testing logs, and performance frameworks so insights compound over time.Benefits
