Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

MOVE Your Business is proud to represent our client, a licensed engineering firm specializing in factory automation, process control systems, and variable speed drive solutions. With decades of experience, they design, engineer, and support fully integrated automation and control systems. Their expertise helps industrial facilities reduce downtime, optimize efficiency, and improve safety across sectors such as manufacturing, food and beverage, water / wastewater, and energy. They are known for delivering reliable, end-to-end solutions and responsive technical support that keep mission-critical operations running smoothly.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will establish and manage a consistent, professional marketing program for the company. The individual will serve as a one-person marketing department, responsible for executing the clients marketing initiatives, managing campaigns in collaboration with Scotts X100 Program, and developing content that clearly communicates the clients engineering expertise to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and manage a structured marketing plan aligned with company goals and the X100 framework.

Create high-quality marketing materials, including website content, case studies, brochures, and LinkedIn posts.

Manage the client’s website and ensure content is current, professional, and optimized for SEO.

Serve as the point of contact between the client’s leadership and external marketing consultants.

Provide flexible support on special projects and other assignments as directed by the client.

Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Central Time

Pay : $1000 + $55 Allowance per month
