A fast-growing renewables and energy solutions company is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its expanding operations in the Philippines. This is a key role within the local leadership team, providing strategic legal advice across major renewable projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise on greenfield and brownfield renewable projects (due diligence, partnerships, EPC / EPCM contracts).
- Support corporate housekeeping, company secretarial, and compliance matters.
- Oversee ethics policies, training, and investigations.
- Manage external counsel and provide day-to-day advice to project / operations teams.
