Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and
selection.
2. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.
3. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.
5. Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records, reports, and applicant tracking system (ATS) entries.
6. Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
7. Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness
