Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.Minimum of at least 12 months experience with Order to Cash, Order Management, OperationsAt least 1 year BPO / Call Center experienceMinimum of 3 years on a Managerial / Supervisory capacityExpertise with QA and Compliance processes, definition documents and scoring guidelinesWilling to work % onsite & flexible with work schedule.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
