Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor, the Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages, delivering excellent services, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve premium alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, specialty beverages, and
other beverages with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards.
Operate and maintain bar equipment efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.Take orders accurately, offering recommendations based on customer preferences.Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients, monitoring expiry dates and proper storage.Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.Attends scheduled training and participates in company-initiated employee activities.Performs such other functions as may be delegated by management from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS :
Vocational or College LevelAt least 1 year of related work experience in a Restaurant, Cafe or HotelWith relevant trainings - mixology, etc.Amenable to work onsite in Baguio City
