The Senior Manager, Agency Events and Communication will lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact events and communication initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and alignment across the agency force. This role is pivotal in enhancing the agency experience, promoting the company’s brand and values, and supporting business growth through effective communication and memorable events. The role also includes managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Events Management

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of national and regional agency events, including recognition programs, conventions, roadshows, and training summits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor event budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact.
