Head of Sales and Service (Separation & Flow Technology)

Your responsibilities and tasks :

• Define and implement sales & service strategies to achieve revenue targets across products / services.
• Lead and manage the national sales & service team including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
• Establish sales & service performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets.
• Work closely with marketing to align go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and oversee a customer service strategy focused on improving client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead service delivery teams to ensure high-quality, consistent customer experience.
• Implement systems to monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Drive the adoption of technology to enhance service delivery (CRM tools, etc.).
• Liaise with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align objectives.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights into product / service improvement.
• Report on performance results to the executive team and make strategic recommendations.
