Center Manager

Our valued client, Onodera User Run, is seeking a Center Manager to join their team in the Philippines.

This is a direct-hire position for their language center, OUR Blooming Academy – Marikina Branch.

QUALIFICATIONS - 4-year course graduate, preferably in Education, Business Management, or a related field - Should be a Native Japanese speaker or have a JLPT N1 Certificate - 2-3 years of managerial experience, preferably in the education industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Able to manage staff, students, and operations effectively - Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a multicultural environment  - Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills  BENEFITS - 100,000PHP monthly salary
• Reimbursement for commuting expense
• (Rate is subject to negotiation.) EMPLOYER DESCRIPTION - Provides Japanese language education and operates learning and training centers across several Southeast Asian countries, including the Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Laos.

In the Philippines, OUR operates learning centers in Marikina and Davao.
