Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Fisheries, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing (supervisory role is an advantage)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills
Responsibilities
Directs and monitors Frozen Line operations to achieve production targets, efficiency, and quality standards
Ensures products comply with specifications, schedules, and customer requirements
Revises plans as needed and provides accurate daily order instructions for production and fishmeal operations.
Coordinates with Sales, Production, Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Logistics teams to align production with customer requirements and shipment schedules.
Confirms packaging instructions, labeling plans, and material requirements with concerned departments to avoid delays.
Maintains logs, reports, and documentation of production processes, deviations, and corrective actions
Ensures strict adherence to GMP, SSOP, FSMS, and workplace safety standards
