Work Schedule : Morning Shift
Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and design compensation planning processes.
- Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and reward statements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with organizational compensation strategy.
- Manage integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Payroll systems.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors implementation best practices.
- Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Required Skills :
10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Compensation.Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Compensation templates and guidelines.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and SAP CPI.Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and People Analytics.Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.Preferred Skills :
SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation.Exposure to related modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Variable Pay.Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.Knowledge of global compensation compliance and audit requirements.
