Job description

Work Schedule :   Morning Shift

Work Setup : Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility : Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
  • Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and design compensation planning processes.
  • Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, budgets, and reward statements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with organizational compensation strategy.
  • Manage integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Payroll systems.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors implementation best practices.
  • Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.

Required Skills :

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Compensation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Compensation templates and guidelines.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and SAP CPI.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and People Analytics.
  • Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Compensation.
  • Exposure to related modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Variable Pay.
  • Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
  • Knowledge of global compensation compliance and audit requirements.
