Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and efficient manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns with empathy and care
Follow standard procedures and company policies in handling all transactions
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Meet or exceed performance targets and service level agreements
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (voice or non-voice)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays
