About the Position : Sales Director (Makati) | Onsite

Location : Makati

Shift : Day shift (Flexible based on business needs)

Work Arrangement : 100% Onsite

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Sales Leadership :
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing clear guidance and direction.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization.
  • New Client Acquisition :
  • Utilize a proactive approach to identify and engage new clients, including banks, financial institutions, retailers, and other businesses.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently seeking new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships to broaden market reach.
  • Account Management :
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
  • Work with the account team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
  • Address and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Market Expertise :
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the payments ecosystem.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Philippine payment landscape to customize solutions for local market needs.
  • Provide market insights to support product and service development.
  • Digital Transformation :
  • Promote digital transformation services to clients seeking to enhance their online capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 15 years of relevant sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network and relationships within the payment industry in the Philippines.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of translating market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentorship.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
