- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Work Experience
5–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics operations.Strong background in warehousing, distribution, transportation, and inventory management.Prior experience in managing client contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and KPIs.Proven track record in leading teams and managing large-scale operations / projects.Technical & Industry Knowledge
Strong understanding of contract logistics (warehousing, order fulfillment, value-added services, and last-mile delivery).Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies for process improvement.Knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and health & safety standards.Skills & Competencies
Leadership & People Management – ability to manage cross-functional teams.Client Relationship Management – experience handling client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and managing expectations.Analytical & Problem-Solving – ability to interpret data and drive efficiency.Project Management – skilled in planning, executing, and monitoring logistics projects.Negotiation & Contract Management – ability to manage SLAs, costs, and vendor relationships.Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal, for internal teams and external clients.
