Job Description
Strategic Brand Leadership - Defines the brand's long-term positioning, competitive advantage, and market differentiation, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business strategy.
Portfolio & Category Strategy - Leads portfolio planning and category management to capture growth opportunities, optimize SKU mix, and anticipate emerging trends in the alcohol market.
Market Expansion & Innovation - Identifies new growth avenues, from product innovation to market / channel expansion, supported by deep consumer and category insights.
Data-Driven Decision Making - Utilizes market research, consumer behavior analytics, and competitive intelligence to guide strategic choices and maximize ROI.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in FMCG, beverages, or lifestyle brands; alcohol industry experience is highly valued.
Proven ability to translate brand vision into commercially successful strategies.
Strong track record in market growth planning, innovation leadership, and integrated campaign delivery.
