WE'RE HIRING : AR Billing (Cash Application) Specialist

Alabang, Muntinlupa City | Night Shift (US Hours)

Are you detail-oriented, experienced in accounts receivable, and ready to join a dynamic team? We’re looking for an AR Billing (Cash Application) Specialist who’s passionate about numbers and committed to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

Process customer payments and apply cash accurately to client accounts

Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve any billing issues

Maintain and update receivables records

Collaborate with the finance and collections team to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy , Finance , or related business course

At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable , with a strong background in cash processing

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and / or Google Sheets

Must be willing to work fixed night shift (US business hours)

Willing to work during Philippine holidays

• Must be amenable to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City when required
