Title : Financial Reporting Senior Manager (Night Shift). The Finance Reporting Senior Manager (Night Shift) oversees the General Accounting and Financial Reporting functions for all business segments of JFC, including Store, Commissary, Franchising, Real Estate, and other Main Office units. This role is responsible for implementing internal accounting controls to ensure accurate and timely financial data and reporting. The manager ensures internal and external reports are accurate and compliant with policies and accounting standards, meets service level agreements, and promptly addresses critical issues. The position also includes team development, fostering innovation, and driving process improvements.
