Minimum 2 years experience in team lead experience in the sales LOB
Identifiers for sales : - quota based KPIs - understanding of closing techniques, handling objections, and adherence to sales scripts
Responsibilities :
Performance Monitoring and Development : Regularly assess individual and team sales performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and create personalized action plans for improvement.
Training and Coaching : Design and implement training programs, conduct individual and group coaching sessions, and provide feedback on sales techniques and strategies.
Skill Enhancement : Help sales representatives develop their skills in areas like prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.
Strategy and Goal Setting : Collaborate with sales teams to set clear and realistic performance goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
