ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily accounting transactions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor the day-to-day performance of subordinates, which includes training and evaluating work performance.
• Prepare, review, and analyze the monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and keep the financial records of the company.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing of books.
• Performs the monthly account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the Tax Accountant the audit requirements.
• Implements and improve accounting systems and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and internal control.
• Performs other accounting related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
