Market Analysis : Analyze economic, social, and political activities and industry trends to maximize volume potential in their assigned division.
Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular business reviews with major accounts to drive sales and secure renewals.
Channel Development : Develop strategies to improve distribution channels and expand market penetration in assigned divisions.
Mentorship : Guide and mentor less experienced sales team members, answering technical and procedural questions and teaching improved sales processes.
Promotional Execution : Lead the team in implementing and monitoring business programs and promotions to achieve sales targets.
Performance Monitoring : Analyze brand and SKU performance, monitor competitor activities, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) with weekly team reviews to draw out plans for goal achievement.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is often preferred.
