This role will lead the design, delivery and evolution of Filinvest Group's L&D portfolio, ensuring the most effective and impactful delivery channels are deployed. The Head will establish and manage an annual portfolio review and planning process as well as leading the day to day design, delivery and evaluation of interventions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead annual planning, design, delivery and evaluation process to maintain and up to date, relevant L&D portfolio
- Develop creative strategies, methodologies and tools during implementation
- Ensure relevance and impact of the L&D portfolio
- Understand the current and evolving learning and development needs and priorities
- Translate learning needs into development goals.
- Think big, think outside the box and establish a simple, effective method translating great ideas into interventions that deliver specific outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holderMust have at least 15 years of Design and delivery experienceExperienced in talent management and succession planningExtensive knowledge of learning principlesProficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)Exposure and experience in Software & Platforms Services are good to have#J-18808-Ljbffr
