TPRM Specialist

The Role :

• Executive Operations is seeking a skilled Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist in assessing, monitoring, and managing risks associated with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with internal teams including IT, Procurement, and Compliance to ensure vendors meet company risk requirements.
• This is a remote, full-time contract opportunity with potential for long-term engagement based on performance.Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct and document risk assessments for third-party vendors focusing on cybersecurity, data protection, and business continuity.
• Support the collection, review, and validation of due diligence documentation and vendor questionnaires.
• Assist with configuration, maintenance, and data accuracy within TPRM tools and systems.
• Track and follow up on open issues with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely remediation.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of vendor risk profiles, assessment results, and mitigation activities.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for internal leadership and risk committees.
• Assist in reviewing and maintaining TPRM-related policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Procurement, and Compliance to align vendor risk management activities.
• Support audit and regulatory requests by providing documentation and clarifying TPRM processes.
