Lead Valet Driver - NCR

Job Summary

The Lead Valet Driver oversees the valet driving operations to ensure efficient, safe, and customer-focused service. This role provides leadership to valet drivers, coordinates daily vehicle flow, and ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and service excellence expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of valet drivers to ensure smooth and timely vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Assign and monitor parking locations to maximize space and traffic flow.
• Drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage or items as needed, and deliver a positive first and last impression.
• Train and mentor new valet drivers on driving standards, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking and report any incidents immediately.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle keys, parking tickets, and time records.
• Coordinate closely with the cashier team to ensure accurate guest billing.
• Enforce company policies, including dress code, punctuality, and safety procedures.
• Act as the point of contact for resolving operational issues or guest concerns during shifts.
