We’re seeking a proactive, growth-minded Video Editor with strong creative judgment and a deep understanding of paid social media advertising—particularly for direct-to-consumer (D2C) campaigns.
This is a high-output, fast-paced role requiring a mix of technical skill, creative storytelling, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You’ll be part of a lean, high-performance marketing team that values speed, quality, and accountability. The ideal candidate thrives with minimal oversight and is eager to grow with the company long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit 9-15 short-form video ads per week (under 2 mins) for paid D2C campaigns
- Apply multi-point revisions accurately and promptly
- Follow established workflows and consistently meet deadlines
- Stay current on trends in both organic and paid social media content
- Collaborate effectively with various team members
- Deliver polished, client-ready content that aligns with brand goals and performance insights
Hard Skills Required
