You’ll become the essential right-hand support for a growing property management operation, serving as the communication hub between guests, property owners, and the management team. This role offers the perfect blend of customer service, administrative coordination, and creative marketing work. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations while building expertise in both vacation rental management and traditional property leasing. As the business expands its portfolio, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your role and responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
Respond to guest inquiries and communications throughout the day, ensuring excellent customer servicePrepare and process lease agreements and related property documentationSchedule property viewings and showings for the owner and other agentsCreate and publish engaging social media posts multiple times per weekCoordinate scheduling and general administrative tasks across the businessServe as primary communication liaison between guests, owners, and management teamSupport both short-term rental operations and long-term lease managementHandle day-to-day operational tasks that keep the business running smoothlyRequirements
