ACCOUNTING STAFF

POSITION OVERVIEW :

The Accounting Staff will be responsible for assisting with various accounting and

financial tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient financial record-keeping and

reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

 Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including

invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

 Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial

transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

 Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

 Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support

budget planning and forecasting.

 Handle routine accounting tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record

maintenance.

 Assist in the processing of payroll and employee expense reports.

 Monitor and track company expenses, verifying compliance with policies

and procedures.

 Support the year-end audit process by preparing necessary documentation

and reports.

 Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect sensitive data.

 Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure

compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting

 Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks or other Accounting

software.

 Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

 Time management and organizational skills.

 Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements

 Must have a good working attitude and a team player  Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

 Willing to work in Pasig City
