We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Interns who require an internship as part of their academic program.
This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations, offering a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our Recruitment team to support full-cycle recruitment activities and improve the hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and campus networks.
Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation coordination.
Help draft and update job descriptions and job postings.
Participate in employer branding initiatives (events, outreach, social media campaigns).
Provide support in HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Internship required as part of the academic curriculum .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
Passion for HR, recruitment, and people operations.
Willing to work in the Southwoods, Binan, Laguna site Amenable to work between 10 am to 7 pm or 12nn to 9 pm Powered by JazzHR
