Operations Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate closely with the Operations Analyst to review operational data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement across hotel operations.

Participate in regular revenue management calls, providing operational insights and supporting strategy discussions to optimize ADR, occupancy, and overall revenue performance.

Support the development and implementation of best practices aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across all hotel locations.

Act as the primary liaison for General Managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment with corporate objectives.

Gather and consolidate feedback from hotel teams to uncover operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Provide regular performance updates and key metrics to General Managers to promote transparency and accountability.

Assist in the rollout of new operational initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation and adherence to quality standards.

Monitor and support brand compliance efforts, ensuring General Managers are well-informed on QA standards and expectations.

Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution and successful outcomes.

Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality management, or a related role.

Prior experience supporting multi-unit operations and working with corporate teams is preferred.

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret operational data and identify actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration across departments and hotel locations.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
