Responsibilities :

- Provide accurate information on shipping rates, delivery times, and product availability.

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Resolve billing issues and process payment inquiries related to shipments.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and delivery processes is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Interested?
