Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering PRC License is a plus With at least 5 years of work experience in COST ESTIMATION Can estimate the cost of projects, determine the scope of work, gather information about the project, Can develop estimates to determine the amount of time and resources, and calculate the costs of materials, labor, and other project expenses that will be required for completion of projects Can work with project managers and engineers to develop accurate estimates for proposed projects Must have a strong understanding of engineering principles / process and can identify potential problems that could increase the cost of a project Can work with various data to develop cost estimates, including project plans, blueprints, and specifications, Bill of Quantity and Materials Can communicate effectively with other members of the project team Open to field assignments and site visits across various project locations as required. Willing to work in Santa Rita Karsada, Batangas City Can start ASAP
