Recruiter (Global Talent)

Compensation

$700 USD per month (base salary)
$100–$300 USD monthly performance bonus, depending on results

Terms

Monday–Friday, weekends off

13th Salary (after one year)

Paid Christmas, New Year, Easter + 5 Days PTO

What You’ll Be Doing

Running the recruitment process from start to finish — posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews

Attracting top talent from different countries and cultures

Keeping our hiring process organized and efficient

Working closely with hiring managers who truly value your input

Building a strong pipeline of talented people for future opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to meet you if you have :

A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

At least 1 year recruiting for APAC or European countries

Confidence conducting various interview types

Friendly, clear, professional communication skills

Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

E-commerce experience is a plus
