Position Overview :

The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting products / services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls, emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service focus.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers

Promote and explain products / services to clients clearly and persuasively

Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation

Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships

Qualifications :

At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service, or related role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Computer literate (MS Office)

Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and proactive

Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
