WFM / Workforce Team Lead (Hybrid)

Job Title :  Assistant Manager, Workforce / Team Lead, WFM

Work setup :  Hybrid setup in MOA, Pasay

Shift Schedule : Night shift / shifting

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years completed in college
• 2 to 3 years Assistant Manager / Lead Assistant Manager in WFM with 5 years total BPO experience
• Knowledgeable of Erlang / OCC tools
• Preferably with an Insurance campaign background
• Preferred - Workforce tool ERLANG
