Job descriptionProven track record of at least 8 years in financial management, preferably in the accounting or financial reporting industry Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non‑finance stakeholders Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis tools Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification is required
About the role
Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking an experienced Finance Head to oversee the financial operations of our Quezon City office. This is a full‑time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, with opportunities for career development within our dynamic organization.
Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations
- Act as a strategic business partner to the regional leadership team
