Job Description
You’ll be the central nervous system of a growing property investment portfolio, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across multiple Australian cities. This role combines property management oversight with acquisition support, giving you exposure to both operational excellence and growth initiatives. You’ll work directly with property managers rather than tenants, focusing on strategic coordination and reporting that directly impacts a substantial real estate investment operation.
Responsibilities :
- Manage communications and coordination with property managers across multiple Australian cities
- Centralize all property-related updates and communications using Pipedrive CRM
- Conduct weekly reporting calls to provide centralized updates on the property portfolio
- Prospect for new properties in target areas that match established purchase criteria
- Generate qualified leads for potential property acquisitions based on investment parameters
- Coordinate maintenance requests and approval processes through property managers
- Process and organize approval requests from property managers for various property matters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all property management activities
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance and status updates
- Support property acquisition activities with repeatable, process-driven tasks
Requirements :

Requirements
