Google Ads Specialist

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (West Jordan, UT) with a 1-hour unpaid break

Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialis t to help small businesses grow through effective digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone data-driven, independent, and results-oriented, with strong experience in Google Ads campaign management.

Responsibilities :

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns

Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions

Manage budgets, bids, and audience-targeting strategies

Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvements

Manage GMB pages and Google Maps

Work directly with Google for authentication and issue resolution

Run Google Analytics to track campaign performance

Requirements :

Proven experience managing Google Ads for small businesses

Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, ad copywriting, and conversion tracking

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

Excellent English communication skills

Google Certifications a plus

Experience in the automotive industry a plus
