Job Requirements :

✨Bachelor’s degree in any field (Open to undergraduates)

✨At least 1 year of sales experience

✨Real Estate experience is a strong advantage

✨Must be amenable to start immediately

✨Willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Binondo, Manila

Job Responsibilities :

✨ Represent clients during negotiations to secure favorable terms in property transactions

✨Market properties via online listings, advertising, and open houses

✨Present and highlight property features to prospective buyers

✨Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing consistent support throughout the sales process

✨Handle administrative tasks such as preparing marketing materials, managing listings, and coordinating necessary documentation
