Compensation Package

  • Guaranteed minimum 3-year cash earnings of Php 20-30 Million with no upper limit, starting rate will depend on experience, credentials, and potentials.
  • Plus periodic generous project incentives and bonuses based on involvement, performance and project profitability.
  • Executive benefits including family health insurance up to 2 dependents, new car benefits up to Php 2.5 Million more or less, travel benefits, etc.

Job Purpose

The Chief Financial & Investments Officer is responsible for managing the finance and investment functions, overseeing financial growth, portfolio management, capital planning, and compliance. The role plays a critical part in evaluating land acquisitions, structuring projects, managing risks, and building strategic partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Finance Department, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting functions.
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, board reports, and business forecasts for executive and investor review.
  • Oversee cash flow management, capital planning, and investment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and legal requirements including BIR, SEC, and other government agencies.
  • Support land acquisitions and project development with financial insights
  • Drive capital raising, partnerships, and risk management
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing Finance team
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; preferably with CMA; MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Investments and Accounting, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong background in internal controls, audit, financial modeling, and project evaluation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar platforms).
  • Experience working with land acquisition, real estate development, infrastructure, or legal services is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
  • Working Conditions

  • Schedule : Mondays to Fridays, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (on-site), with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the CEO’s schedule or business demands.
  • Confidentiality : This position demands a high level of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of financial records, executive decisions, and strategic communications involved.
  • Collaboration : Works closely with the CEO, Legal, Field Operations, Audit, HR, Business Development & Marketing, and Documentation Teams, as well as government agencies, banks, clients, and joint ventures when necessary.
