Compensation Package
- Guaranteed minimum 3-year cash earnings of Php 20-30 Million with no upper limit, starting rate will depend on experience, credentials, and potentials.
- Plus periodic generous project incentives and bonuses based on involvement, performance and project profitability.

Job Purpose
The Chief Financial & Investments Officer is responsible for managing the finance and investment functions, overseeing financial growth, portfolio management, capital planning, and compliance. The role plays a critical part in evaluating land acquisitions, structuring projects, managing risks, and building strategic partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance Department, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial reporting functions.Develop and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, board reports, and business forecasts for executive and investor review.Oversee cash flow management, capital planning, and investment strategies.Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and legal requirements including BIR, SEC, and other government agencies.Support land acquisitions and project development with financial insightsDrive capital raising, partnerships, and risk managementMentor and develop a high-performing Finance teamQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; preferably with CMA; MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage.At least 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Investments and Accounting, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.Deep understanding of Philippine tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.Strong background in internal controls, audit, financial modeling, and project evaluation.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar platforms).Experience working with land acquisition, real estate development, infrastructure, or legal services is highly preferred.Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.Willing to work on-site in Pasig City.Working Conditions
