Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (PRC). 3–5 years of experience in unit turnover, construction, or property management. Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of engineers or staff handling unit turnovers. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end turnover process of residential units, ensuring quality standards and timely handover to clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers / staff to deliver seamless unit inspections, punch list resolutions, and client satisfaction.
- Review unit inspection reports, monitor punch list closures, and ensure quality standards are met prior to client move-in.
- Coordinate with Project Development, Construction, and Customer Care to resolve unit concerns.
- Prepare and implement turnover work plans and schedules, ensuring efficient team deployment and target achievement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Provide regular progress updates and turnover reports to management.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives for turnover operations.
