Job Description :
We’re hiring a Customer Account Specialist to join our growing telecommunications team. This role will be the main point of contact for business clients—handling billing concerns, resolving service issues, and supporting customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer inquiries, disputes, and account concerns
- Assist with activations, renewals, and plan changes
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network or service-related concerns
- Maintain updated records in CRM and support retention efforts
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as FCR, CSAT, and AHT
