HIRING FOR IMS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide technical support on computer system related problems to internal and external customers
Resolve technical problems via phone, remote access or on-site visit
Loyalty and retention of customers through good customer relations
Management of servers and workstations
QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or any computer related course
Minimum 1 year required experience but less than 3 years
With experience in laboratory information system or anything related, preferred but not required
Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Work Location : Makati
Salary : 23,000
