Job description

Salary : P50,000-P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule : Monday – Friday (08 : 00 AM - 05 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

  • 3-5 yrs of experience in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Zendesk software
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One ERP system
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Office and SAP – High level
  • Willing to build a career within a premium consumer goods brand

What will you do?

Accounts Officer role that manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and eshop Paypal and Adyen receipting.

Accounts Payable :

  • Entering the Invoices in SAP BO
  • Preparing the weekly payments

    • Accounts Receivable :

  • Reconciling the Accounts Receivable
  • Receipting of eshop – Paypal and Adyen
  • Reconciling Adyen and Paypal payments
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with different accounts requests when required
